Stairs/Rhoades Report
House Bill No. 2529, Section 8


Penn State's 2004-05 appropriation bill (House Bill No. 2529, Printer's Number 4318) was signed by the Governor in July, 2004. Section 8 of this bill required a report to be submitted "within 180 days of the close of the university's current fiscal year." The 2004-05 fiscal year closed on June 30, 2005. In December of 2005, Penn State submitted its report to the Commonwealth pursuant to the requirements included in the appropriation bill.
