House Bill No.
1067, Section 2004-D
House Bill 1067, Section 2004-D, requires that Penn State submit a report "within 180 days of the close of the university's current fiscal year." The 2007-08 fiscal year closed on June 30, 2008. Therefore, this report is submitted in compliance with the above mentioned House Bill, which specified that the University provide the following.
