2504, Section 8
Penn State's 2006-07 appropriation bill (House Bill No. 2504, Printer's Number 4465) was signed by the Governor in July, 2006. Section 8 of this bill required a report to be submitted "within 180 days of the close of the university's current fiscal year." The 2006-07 fiscal year closed on June 30, 2007. In December of 2007, Penn State submitted its report to the Commonwealth pursuant to the requirements included in the appropriation bill.
